Secure your date & time slot by paying your $150 non-refundable deposit online or with one of our Party Coordinators .
Complete your guest list & party agreement form. These forms are required upon check-in on the day of your event.
All package add-ons & changes are to be made no later than the Thursday prior to your party
Don't forget your CAKE! (no ice cream or ice cream cake)

ATTENTION

Children between the ages of 2 through 18 years of age must be on your guest list to enter the party areas. Skate trainers/helpers are not included but can be rented for $5 each.

Parents who bring a child to a birthday party, and are not planning on skating, may enter for FREE. If parents do decide to skate, they must pay the current session’s admission fee and skate rental fee. If you have a child who is not invited to the birthday party, they must pay the current session’s admission fee and skate rental fee, if they are between the ages of 2 & 18.

Extra food orders must be called in by the Thursday prior to your party booking to ensure that the food will be served for your reserved table time.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A BIRTHDAY CAKE! NO ICE CREAM OR ICE CREAM CAKE!

Reservations and a $100 non-refundable deposit are required to BOOK your party. Your $100 non-refundable deposit is applied towards the purchase price of your party. It is also transferable if you need to change the date or time for any reason. Changes will be made based upon availability. You may book your party online, over the phone, or in person. We gladly accept cash, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Sorry – we do not accept checks.
