Frequently Asked Questions

All minors 2-18 are required to pay for an activity to enter the facility. This means admission + activity fee (skate rental, playground, laser tag, or loaded game card). If you bring your own skates, you only need to pay the admission fee to skate. Adults are required to pay admission on specific days. Please see our monthly calendar to determine which days. All non-skating adults are required to pay a $5 entry fee on specific days. Any adults that would like to skate, must pay the admission fee + skate rental fee if they do not have their own skates.

We rent Skate Mate/Skate Trainers, which allow children to hold onto the Skate mate and skate with confidence. Skate Mates are available for rent for $5 each. They are not included with any of our party packages. If your child does not want to skate at all, we have an indoor playground in our Play Zone that is available for an additional $6 to children 8 and younger.

We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash app cards, and phone tap.

We have a self-serve game teller with an assortment of deal packages. Our teller accepts cash and credit cards. Need some help? See our Fun Shop attendant for assistance. 

If the siblings are not invited, they will NOT receive what is included with the party package. The sibling must enter through our public entrance and will be required to pay the admission rate and skate rental fee and/or playground fee for that day.

Siblings will NOT receive the same items or price that are included with the party package.

Our Basic, Deluxe, and Ultimate package include two FREE skating adults. Skate rental is included for those two adults. All other skating adults must pay admission and skate rental.

Our Glow and Cosmic package includes all free skating adults with skate rental included. 

Our sizes run from an Infant size 7 to Adult size 16.

We offer regular quads, inline/roller blades, and toddler trainer skates with our paid skate rental. 

We offer quad speed skates for an additional fee in limited sizes.

Heelys do not have wheels in the front and back and are not intended for “roller skating” they are not permitted. We to not allow hover boards, skate boards, or any other novelties of that matter in the facility.

Wheel chairs are allowed in the middle of the rink floor based on the business of the session. Please contact the location for assistance on which day would work best for you!

Depending on the session, there is an entry fee for non-skating adults.

We offer private events on select days of the week. Our private events are available before or after our public sessions only. We do not allow private events to be hosted in the middle of a public session. You may view our packages on our private events page. Please call us for availability and to pay your non-refundable deposit.

No, but all areas accept cash, all major credit cards, and phone tap.

Yes, we DO have FREE WiFi at our facility! Please look for the Sparkles FREE WiFi. So bring your laptop and work while your child skates!

Yes, we do! We have many lockers available. The cost is $5.00 per locker for unlimited use during your skate session.

Yes! Our Café offers Pizza, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Pretzels, Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Nachos & more! We also offer Coke products, ICEE drinks and a snack vending machine.

Yes! Our Pro Shop is loaded with the latest skates, wheels, and accessories.

Our Fun Shop has an assortment of candy, novelties and glow products for purchase.

Birthday Parties can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance. Availability is based on first come/first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Private parties are available. Call for times and prices: 770-963-0922.

Admission is valid for the entire session. Our sessions are different each day. Please view our calendar for our session times.
